Fully Equipped Workshop:

SN Triton operates a fully equipped workshop facility. The workshop is fully fitted with the latest equipment and all our workshop employees are highly trained technicians. The workshop consist of several test benches, for testing all equipment that we specialize in:

Pump test benches ranging from 22kw to 160kw
Valve test benches (All types of hydraulic valves)
Proportional test benches

Hydraulic motor test benches
Cylinder test benches
Power pack test bay – 380V/525V

Mobile Service workshop:

SN Triton provides Mobile services to respond to client’s requirements in the shortest possible time.

Machine shop:

Conventional lathes ranging from 2m to 6m with swing capacities 600-1050mm Fully
Fully CNC lathes for our mass production of parts
Conventional Milling machines with digital read outs and loose tooling for manufacture of any parts
CNC Milling machine with 4 Axis for most of our manufacturing of hydraulic block’s, manifolds and shafts with splining or keys

Welding Bay:

Hi Bay:

It consist of 300m2 area with 10 ton overhead crane to do most of our major machine rebuilds.

Drafting office:

Our drafting office can assist you in all your hydraulic design requirements using the latest Autocad and Autocad Inventor as well as Master cam.

Pump Room:

All our motor and hydraulic pump repair work are done in a dust free environment and is inspected and measured with the best equipment on the market to be able to produce the highest quality product on the market.
